Job Description:
Requirements:--- Availability to work 100% of the time at the
Client's site in Jacksonville, FL (required);--- Experience as a
Business Analyst / Project Manager (2+ years);--- Experience with
Salesforce, Azure.Preferred:--- Experience in the insurance
industryResponsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to the
following:--- Work as a part of the project team to successfully
implement the project to analyze, document, develop, test, and
deliver the appropriate Salesforce applications;--- Analyze,
document, develop, test, deliver product, knowledge transfer, and
Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities;--- Work with
business users and internal teams to conduct analysis and document
requirements for specific Salesforce enhancements or features.---
Provide detailed functional technical documentation for each
analyzed requirement.
