                                      • Supervise clinical operations of therapy program within a branch??
                                        • Provide direction to supervisors in terms of scheduling and building caseloads?
                                          • Evaluate patients with physical, psycho-social and/or cognitive impairments??
                                            • Provide intervention to deficits and elicit responses??
                                              • Collaborates with interdisciplinary team??
                                                • Execution of Quality Care to Clients??
                                                  • Adherence to policies and procedures outlined by the state of practice?
                                                    • Candidates will supervise other therapists: PT, OT, and ST?? Therapy Director Qualifications:?????????????
                                                      • Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy from an accredited college??
                                                        • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist??
                                                          • Current Driver's License??
                                                            • 2 plus years of Pediatric experience?
                                                              • Prior Management Experience?preferred
                                                                • One year of Neonatal experience, a plus?
