    • Job Requirements
    • 2+ years of ICU experience
    • Preferred or nice to have: 5+ years of ICU experience, IABP, CRRT, cardiac, heart and/or lung transplant ICU experience
      • Schedule Information
      • Day Shift - 1 CNC/charge, 11 RN, 2 PCT/Unit Secretary
      • Night Shift - 1 CNC/charge, 11 RN, 2 PCT/Unit Secretary
      • Patient Ratios - 1:2
      • Scheduled for every other weekends and 1-2 peak holidays
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Information: Heart & Lung Transplant ICU
        • Number of Beds - 23 beds
        • Number of Staff - 15
        • Type of staff: Day Shift, Night Shift
        • Type of equipment - Basic critical care equipment, to include, but not limited to, IABP, CRRT
        • EMR - Meditech
        • List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Cardiac/CV surgeries, post-cath lab, Heart transplants, Lung transplant

        • Floating Area(s): Critical care, ED, and/or intermediate care areas (PCU/IMU)
        • Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Navy blue scrubs
