Key Responsibilities:
* As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional
customer service to our clients. The CSR would also be responsible
for checking in/out patients and verifying insurance eligibility
for a fast-paced center.
* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to
inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer
satisfaction.
* Provides clerical support to assigned departments in the areas of
patient registration.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
and transactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and
provide timely solutions.
* Release of patient information and appointments scheduling,
and
* Data entry of client information into Electronic Health Records
(EHR).

Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric

* Proficient computer skills.
* Previous customer service experience is preferred but not
required.
