Documentation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into
your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and
diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact
by:
- Collecting wound assessments based on payer requirements.
- Review clinical information and assess wound progression for
patients on V.A.C. - Therapy.
- Develop and manage customer relationships creating loyalty with
Clinical Providers.
- Collaborate with other Solventum team members to provide
continuity of care, resolving higher level account management
issues, and communicating physician call support.
- Effectively using business and clinical data in accordance with
Solventum policies.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for
success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a
minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND two (2) years of experience
with interpretation of medical recordsOR
- High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND six
(6) years of experience with interpretation of medical recordsWork
location: Hybrid in the Greater San Antonio area, working from the
office at least one (1) week per quarterRelocation Assistance: Not
authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of
employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g.,

compensation range for this position is $49,206 - $60,141, which
includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This
range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The
specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on
factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant
knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In
addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits
