TX Rig Site Truck Assistant Pleaston, Texas Washita Valley Enterprises, Inc. (WVEI) is a leading service provider in the oil and gas industry. We are looking for a safe, courteous Rig Site Truck Assist Supervisor (Experienced) -to work 1-2 weekdays and weekends that is committed to WVEI's quality of work and commitment to safety. WVEI's Rig Site Truck Assist Supervisor (Experienced) will work out of the Pleaston, TX -area and -travel a few hours to customer rig sites to provide truck assistance for casing and tubing delivery loads. This is a safety-sensitive position. Job Responsibilities - Ensure all rig site deliveries are executed in a timely and efficient manner. - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and report any issues to the supervisor. - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and truck maintenance activities. - Assist with the safe and secure storage of equipment and materials on-site. - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working at rig sites and during transportation. - Coordinate with rig site personnel to ensure correct placement of materials and equipment. - Communicate effectively with the rig site team to ensure smooth operations. - Support the truck driver in navigation and adherence to transportation schedules. - Keep the truck and surrounding work area clean and organized. Job Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver's license with a good driving record. - Ability to operate and maintain rig site trucks and equipment safely. - Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to rig site operations. - Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. - Willingness to travel and stay overnight if needed. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Experience in the oil and gas industry or similar field preferred. - Knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations.
